Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using maCity, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Use of the Service
- You must be legally permitted to use the app in your region.
- Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- Comply with applicable laws when using location-based features.
User Content
You are responsible for the content you post. Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content. You grant maCity a limited license to display your content within the service.
Location Features
Some features depend on your device location. You can disable location in system settings, but certain features may not function.
Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, hate speech, or threats.
- Impersonation or misrepresentation.
- Reverse engineering or unauthorized access.
- Spam or commercial solicitation without consent.
Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
maCity may be downloaded for free. Optional maCity Premium Tier features are offered as auto-renewable Apple subscriptions:
- Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Premium Tier plans.
- Premium includes unlimited mail drop and collect, a 500m collect radius, unlimited World Chat text, World Chat images, and the ability to start People Chat.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Prices shown in the App Store and in the app apply to your storefront.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in Apple ID subscription settings on your device. Unused portions of a free trial, if offered, are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- All digital purchases on iOS use Apple In-App Purchase. maCity does not collect your payment card information.
By purchasing, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for behavior that harms the community.
Disclaimers
maCity is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
