Getting Started

1. Download maCity from the App Store and create an account.
2. Allow location permissions when prompted to enable nearby discovery.
3. Customize your profile with a photo and bio.
4. Explore the map, WorldChat, and Fire Circle features.

Login Issues

• Ensure your email/username and password are correct.
• Use the "Forgot Password" option to reset your password.
• Check your internet connection and try again.

Location Permissions

maCity uses your location to show nearby activities and enable location-based content.

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → maCity → Allow While Using the App.
• Enable Precise Location for better recommendations.

Media Upload

• Ensure the app has permission to access Photos.
• Use the Add button to select and preview images before posting.
• For large videos, compression may be applied automatically.

Troubleshooting

• Restart the app to refresh your session.
• Check the App Store for updates to get the latest fixes.
• Reinstall the app if persistent issues occur (your account will remain).
• Contact support with details (steps, screenshots, time) for faster resolution.
