Note Dancer Privacy Policy
Note Dancer ("the App") is provided by maCity Enterprise.
Information we collect
The App does not create user accounts and does not require you to sign in.
Microphone. If you tap Listen, the App uses the microphone to detect musical pitch on your device so the dancer can follow the notes you play. Audio is processed locally. We do not record songs to a file, and we do not upload audio to our servers.
Camera. If you turn on AR, the App uses the camera to place the dancer in your space. Camera frames are processed locally on your device. We do not upload photos or video to our servers.
We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, or payment information through the App.
How we use information
Microphone input is used only to estimate pitch and drive the on-screen dancer. Camera input is used only for AR placement. These features will not run until you grant permission in iOS.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share microphone or camera data with third parties, because that data stays on your device.
Apple may process download and purchase information according to Apple's Privacy Policy when you get the App from the App Store.
Data retention
Pitch and AR processing happen in memory while you use the App. We do not operate a server that stores your audio or camera data.
Your choices
You can deny or withdraw microphone and camera permission in iOS Settings. Without the microphone, Listen cannot detect notes. Without the camera, AR cannot run.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
